How Can I optimize multiple Replicator

I load I can load more than one replica from the server console, but how I can make it use more than, say 5 replicator to replicate data ?
For example, we have server A and B, I have defined 5 replication setting as follow :-
1. replicate Apps, interval 15 mins
2. replicate address books, interval 2 hours
3. replicate High priority mail, interval 5 minutes
4. replicate High & Medium priority mail, interval 15 minutes
5. replicate High & Medium & Low priority mailbox, interval 30 minutes.

I check the replication log and I found that the Domino do this one by one and it would not use multiple replicator to do the job.

Am I missing something ?

There is a .INI parameter REPLICATORS= . Put in the number that you require and recycle Domino.
