How can I off the activityTools ?

I'd like to know how i can turn off the grey thin bar (with Course title and Close) in new window.

I wanna know where to find start parameters for new window opener (example size and exclude grey bar).

Kindly someone help me in this regard

Not much experience with this, but maybe you can tweak the stylesheet to hide the bar and render the buttons on an invisible layer?
