How can i migrate my host to a new Domain, and not lose my profiles?

Hi Gentlemens.

I'm in a middle of my windows 2003 server migration, but i'm wondering, how migrate the profile of all the clients to the new domain, but i don't want to lose their profiles.
I mean. it is possible to do a transparent migration for my clients or exist a way to do a backup of the profile in a quickly way.
