Dear Mark,
I've checked the robocopy and its working well, and I've configured it to take a copy once an n changes happen, but it is a command line software. do I have to keep the command line prompt open in my server??, coz i tried to close the command line and nothing has been copied then.....Thank you

Save the Robocopy command to a BAT file and you can schedule the BAT to run periodically. As long as you are using the switches to exclude older or same files then your copy will go very quickly. Make sure that it is also excluding your PST file since it will be locked when Outlook is open. (that is why the PST copy util will only copy when you close Outlook)

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,

Mark
