How can I insert the mediaplayer (or flash) object into my html pge?

Hi,
I am building a web page and I would like 3 songs (MP3)to be heard.
For the moment, I have just put a link on those songs and when I click on one song, the "media player" is executed. I don't really want to have this. I have seen on a web page (

http://www.dover.es/)

that it is possible to have the flash object (or media player object) inserted in the page with the list of songs being shown. How can this be done? It's pretty cool...

In addition, if I only put a link on the song I want to be played, I have a problem with Explorer if the pop up screen are not allowed. If I have the object already inserted in the page the problem is solved.
Please help me.

OK, I had a look at Playa.zip.... I am not that skilled in Javascript so.... how do I use it?
I know I have to insert the playa,css abd playa.jpg in the html file. I also understood that the songs that will be played will have to be in the xml file..... but how do I call the object and how do I insert it in the page?

Please, help!
