How can I insert new information into a pull down

I use the wizard analyze to normalize my database. It made the Personnel code into a pulldown, which made things a lot easier. Now, my end-users need to be able to input more than 1230 new Person codes in and you can't with the pulldown.

Is there a way the input new codes without adding them to the table first?

or Can I convert the personal code so that is it's linked back to the master table?
