How can i hide the taskbar and the start button??

Hi i have windows 2000 professional and i'm running an aplication( a P.O.S.) but i want to hide everything from the desktop, and i mean everything...I can hide all the icons, but the taskbar i can't, can anyone help me??

how???, with what??? with gpedit.msc or with the windows nt poledit???
I'v tried with both and with the taskbar it doesn't work!!

Right click the taskbar-choose properties-check the box to hide the taskbar, it will only pop up when you bring your mouse pointer down into the area where the taskbar is. Is this what your trying to do?

What i want is the efect that the "Newstart V4.3" does, but if possible made in the registry!!!
