I have a need where after installing Netware client on a Windows XP workstation to have the Windows client being the primary and the Netware client being secondary. So that when the computer boots it asks for the Windows password. But once you get to the desktop you can login into netware if needed.

If you have the novell client installed, you should be able to right click on the little Novell icon in the task tray and select "Netware Login...".
Just curious, why do you want the windows client as the primary login? ~Apex1x

This is an issue involving some of our field users (including a VP). When they are in the field they want the system to boot right to windows and not have to go through the Newtare process. I understand that all they have to do is click the "Workstation Only" box but they are being a real hardnose about this.

I have been able to get this to work under 9x (in the network properties yuo can select which client) but have not been able to find anything under XP (or even 2K).

Start the registry editor and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon. Delete the GINADLL key and restart. I have done this many times and it always works.

You don't want to delete the GINADLL key, you want to change it so instead of reading NWGINA.DLL it reads MSGINA.DLL -----------------------------------------------------
