How can I get a pop-up Calander for Values?

I'd like to have a pop-up calander in the Values prompt so that the users can select a valid date. How do I do this?

There is a Microsoft control "Microsoft Date and Time Picker Control " (MSCOMCT2.OCX in the system32 directory) that is available as an additional control under the VBA Toolbar which supports forms design.

This control must be placed on a form to be called by the selection of an object which calls a sub tied to an @script function created in your universe.
