How can I get a list of records that are on one table but not another?

I have two tables.

Upload1 and FGE

FGE is 80000+records and Upload1 is about 3700.

Some but not all of the records in Upload1 should match the records in FGE. Bringing out the records that match is no problem.

Bringing out the records that AREN'T in FGE but ARE in Upload1 is a little more difficult.

I'm sure there is a stupidly simple answer to this but I haven't been able to figure it out yet.

Any help appreciated.

Use the Find Unmatched query wizard.
