I have
Option 81C
Call Pilot
Symposium 4.0
OTM

I have a request to get the CLID for the calls that are abandoned from our call center. How can I get that information? Anyone have any ideas?

look at all calls in the cdr for that (THOSE) numbers and match that by either time or duration of the lost calls.. if your average que time is two minutes between 8 and 10 then calls shorter then that are suspect.. there is not a report with that detail that i know of

That is what I was affraid of. Very manual and not accurate. Thanks anyways.

The other option is to look at the data in the call-by-call database in Symposium. For all the calls that abandon, you can see what their CLID is. However, I've had problems with Symposium getting the CLID field to properly populate in the CBC tables.

Also a bit manual, but would be bit more accurate than basing it on short calls in CDR.
