how can i find tutorials

Thanks very much MisterE, a question how difficult is it to do a site like this one

I new to falsh MX as well hcubed, I had a little to do with Flash 4, but then I moved on to other things.
as far as the then animations go, I don't think its to difficult. The second page (when you actually git into the site) has some gear on it iI've not seen b4, like the sound on & off. I imagine the date and time links would be pretty easy too.
What really spins me out is the actual design of the site. It looks great, but thats the real challenge with any and all wb sites.
