I have a vector with a TOD to close at 20:00 and is set for weekdays.

However, after pulling a interval Vector report for yesterday; I noticed 1 call got through and was forced disconnected.

I ran a "list usage on vect #xxx" looked at the VDN's listed and they all pointed to that same xxx vector.

Am I missing something here?

You could run yourself ragged trying to find this one call.

The CMS records show call data in the interval in which the call ends. Your (phantom) call may have come in prior to 20:00 but, due to your vector processing, went to a forced disconnect.

Hope that helps.

You're right, I looked at the skills involved and more. I think I'll let that call go.

However, is there a standard or proper way to track down calls? Some type of procedure? Not had the chance to go and get proper Vectoring training yet.

FWIW, we write all our vectors to end the time of day at the last minute of the hour (ex: 11:59). Depending on how you write the vector steps, you may actually be open during that first minute of the hour.
