How can I export more than 1 object from a db at a time

I have a lot of objects in an access db that I want to export to another access database (because I security issues) and I want to be able to select all objects or multiple objects and export them instead of the way I have to select 1 object, then export, then go to the next one, etc.

does anyone know of a way to do this?

A lot? Why don't you just copy the whole database instead of exporting?
