How can i download IPO Admin 8.1.43? 2

I am having the same problem described in thread940-1701754
It seems like the only solution is to downgrade to 8.1.43
I have an avaya IPO V2 on 8.1.81
2 Analogue lines with Bell Canada (Fiber to the building and a Fiber to Analogue converter inside the IT room)
It's a common issue with IPO and those lines even Bell is aware.
The converter box send a 20 volt signal every 30 min that's making the phones ring twice and drop exactly every 30 min.
