How can I deny the outomatic forward in a Nortel OPC 11? 1

Hi all Tek-Tips, Im new here, Im a IT-Manager from Mexico, now I have a problem with my NOrtel OPC 11, some phones automatically do a forward to another extension, for example if I call to extension 9606 only ring one time and then the call go to 9605, I was trying to fix this problem using LD 20, OUT and the COPY a "normal extension" ('coz the extension working well) but I can't, how can I check and fix it?, thanks now is when I say "Who can help a lady in troubles"
