How can I check commands given by someone using FIFCP 2

Seek for guidance !
 
First you have to activate logging by IOELI:pRINT=RESULT;

Then you can retrive command and log on log by:
FIFCP:pATH=/SYSN/USR1/SES/IC/COMMAND19.DAT,FORMAT=ASCII;
for command and
FIFCP:pATH=/SYSN/USR1/SES/IC/logon09.DAT,FORMAT=ASCII;
for "loggon log".

You are printing by date, the logfiles last 2 digits of the filename are the day of month and they are over-written each month,
