How can I change the language that is used with the spelling checker in Microsoft Outlook?

Tools - Options - Spelling
Select the language of choice (has to be installed of course)

If 'something' 'somewhere' gives 'some' error, expect random guesses or no replies at all. Please specify details.
Free Tip: The F1 Key does NOT destroy your PC!

Thanks for your reply. But the problem is, there is no language option in the Spelling-tab.

Howdy:

It's called "International Dictionary" in Outlook..

You have to install the proofing tools for the language you want. Office 2000 has a seperate installation for Office 2000 proofing tools. One you install the proofing tools then you can switch the language.
