How can i cancel call forwarding

A phone in our company keeps ringing with no answer once picked up. Ran a LOCATE FEATURE EXTENSION maintenance command and received the following results:

Card Type : On Premises Line
Circuit Location : 6 2 9 3
Extension : 9048
Active Features :
Message Waiting Lamp On
Dialed Message Waiting.
Call Forward Busy External : 1
Phone Lock: UnLocked

I know in Feature Access Code assignment you can remove call forwarding however how can I remove call forwarding by dialing the cancel number when the phone does not exist any more as it was taken out and call still get routed to number then rerouted HELP!

And what does this sentence mean. "as it was taken out and call still get routed to number then rerouted"

remote clear all features will clear all call forwarding if enabled in COS of set being used to remove the call forwarding.

kwbMitel: The analog phone was removed meaning it no longer physically exists (still exists within mitel). When I say calls get routed to number then rerouted - I mean when ever someone calls that specific extension (that no longer physically exists) - it also rings at another extension so its forwarded.

Wladosworld: when you say remote clear all call forwarding you mean dial a feature access code such as: Cancel All Forwarding - #60

Waldosworld: I see what you mean remote clear all features in FAC however it didn't have a code assigned so I gave it an available code: 99
However when I dial 99 and extension nothing happens?

Waldosworld: I got it thanks! It worked now I just have to wait and see if it comes up again.

Even thought the phone is phyically removed the port is still active and therefore can be called and can have forwarding rerouting. Unlike Digital or IP phones that do out of service when the phone is removed, analog phones do not have to be connected for their circuit to be active. Therefore use the remote clear all features or cancel all forwarding command against 9048 to clear the forwarding. If you do the caller will get ring no answer.

The beatings will continue until morale improves.
