How can I build a Pring charing system?

My boss told me that she would want to setup a print charging system which looks like the system using in the school. People need to pay the money to print what they want. They may have a card for depositing money and print.
Does anyone know which system is, and who I should contact? Thank you very much.

Also try Pharos. Their Uniprint system does exactly what you want. Off the Glass does the same for copying.
