Hi, I would like to find a way to print a list of all currently running networker jobs... I have DPA, but the "backup report called "active backup jobs" includes a time period and does not really work for "NOW" as a time period.
I would preferable like the server, group, client, start_time, status as a report on any jobs currently running ??

Hello,

for you, 'jobs' are only groups or can also be sessions (recover, browse, clone) ?

If so, you can take a look at these scripts (for *nix) and maybe complete to gain access to other stuff :

GROUPS CURRENTLY IN PROGRESS :
/usr/bin/nsradmin <<fin 2>&1 | sed -e '1,2d' | sed -e 's/nsradmin> //g'
show last start;name;status;work list
print type:NSR group;status:running
quit
fin

SESSIONS CURRENTLY IN MACHINE :
/usr/bin/nsradmin <<fin 2>&1 | sed -e '1,2d'| sed -e 's/nsradmin> //g' | sed -e 's/\\//g'
show session
print type:NSR
quit
fin

PENDING MESSAGES :
/usr/bin/nsradmin <<fin 2>&1 | sed -e '1,2d'| sed -e 's/nsradmin> //g' | sed -e 's/\\//g'
show pending
print type:NSR
quit

Hope this helps.

Denis

add the word 'fin' at the end of the last script...

I got this to work when put the lines inot a text file and ran it ..ok..
I can refine this now that I have a gist of it ..
