Can you please tell how to fix this problem?

Thanks, Lior.

You try to connect with username=SYSTEM.
Chjange your client settings and connect with an server or domain admin.

I tried to connect with a domain user & local user,
this didn't helped.
do you have any other solution for this?

Thanks, Lior.

Have you tried specifying the saveset as MSSQL$SQLEXPRESS: instead of MSSQL:?

Can you perform a manual backup of databases through the Networker Module for MSSQL?

Do flat-file backups work for the same client?

Take a look at INF: TCP Ports Needed for Communication to SQL Server Through a Firewall -
