how can i back up exchange server 5.5

hi to all.....i have been give the job as the new IT mastes. well this is all new to me...my question is how can i set the backup to run...We are running window nt4 and have exchange server 5.5 and i would lik eto set the backup to run at night..can some one help

When you install exchange 5.5 it has it's own version of ntbackup. Here is a link on backup and disaster recovery of Exchange 5.5.

question can i set up folder to back up info as the program ask for tape back up and what my hope is to back this up on a removable hard drive....can this be done ???
