How can I avoid the Quick start wizard when starting a new ap?

I am using clarion 4.0 on Windows XP Pro and when I start a new application The quick start option box that is said to be on the New Application Menu is missing. I am forced to use the Quick Start Wizard, I've tried it with the application wizard box in the Application tab of the Application options section of the Setup menu Item checked and unchecked. How can I open a new application without the Quick Start Wizard poping up?

Check the IDE's INI file in the ..\bin directory for an entry like

[Environment] (section)

quickstart=on

change to

quickstart=off

if not there simply add it.
