I have a very large pdf file (and the full version of Adobe). It happens to be a phone bill. We need to extract each divisions portion of this bill into a seperate pdf file so we can email them to the appropriate division.
Is there a way to do this ???

Thanks in advance ....

You can select the needed portion and send to printer with "Acrobat" as default printer. It will ask for the file name...and you are make it separate...
Just my quick thinking.. hope this works :) ramani :-9

You can also extract page ranges by going to the Document pull-down menu and select Extract pages (or Ctrl+Shift+E). At that point the range of pages you specify will be extracted to a new PDF file that you can Save As to rename, optimize, distill, etc. It will also, at that point, give you the option to delete or keep the extracted pages in the original file
