anyone know TN2973, TN2214, or other avaya cards pressure?

is there any manual?

Not sure what you mean on "card presure"?? Are you talking about inserting the cards into a slot??

afaik all telephony equipment uses direct current at 48V level. why do you need it?
 
the direct current is reduced to lower voltages of 15, and 5 volts if I remember right. No intergrated circuit on Avaya uses 48 volts, except possibly the old cards that have neon message waiting lights and off premises ringing voltage of 90 volts.

The above link will give you all the Avaya power requirements. If you are trying to calculate your power draw for a UPS, then this should give you what you need. Look under the selector guide and choose Avaya products and the units you have.
