Hello folks,
can you explaine to me how to create an "hounting group"?
My Ericsson has the release 9.1
Thanks for all

There was a post about this some time back...this is what i picked up , quite useful:

A basic group can be set up using this command:

GHGRI:GRP=xxxx,TRAF=15,QUE=yy,SERV=10000,SEL=110000;

xxxx is the number you wish to use, this must be a free number in the extension range.

yy is the queue length, if all agents are busy how many callers would you like to have waiting.

Then to assign members you use the command:

GHGMI:GRP=xxxx,DIR=zzzz;

where xxxx is the group pilot number and zzzz is the member number, which must be an existing extension.

”Beginning is half done.”
