A customer insists on have a hotline on his key 0 and is now complaining that when he tries to make calls from his 'call list' the set keeps picking up key 0 to make the call. Is there a way to change auto line selection?
I have suggested we move the Hotline to another key, but this may be too sensible/easy for the customer to grasp.
(Excuse my sarcasm - I have had a riot trying to get the customer to specify a key - originally it to HAD to be on a specific key on his M3904 phone - the one which doesn't have a number!).
