Hotline Issues - Denial Event 1012

I have two seperate locations that have a hotline running between then two of them on a NON-DID number. It works going from site A to Site B. But I get the error above during list trace for Site B to Site A. However if I pickup a phone and dial the ext for Site from any phone on base at Site B. They end user gets the call... It only fails when trying to make the call via a hotline. Any ideas?

You may need to set your abbr-dial list to priveleged. Worth a try. Which group are you using?

well i fixed it by changing the COR/COS... not sure why upgrading the switch affected this, maybe something was lost in the blow back...
