Hotline Extension

Hello
We have a hotline extension that is used for emergencies. When the phone is lifted from the switch hook, it automatically rings one extension. We want to have the hotline ring multiple extensions, and so I've created an xported station with a cov path that points to a coverage answer group. It's ringing multiple extensions, but it's only ringing one time and then it stops ringing.
Any ideas on how to keep the lines ringing until answered?

how many rings is the coverage path set to and what type of phones are in the coverage answer group?
 
The stations in the coverage answer group are a mix of 2500, 6408D+, and 6424D+ phone types. Please see below for how coverage path is set up.
