You no longer need QCHAIN for Windows 2003. You can run the patches/hotfixes as follows in a batch file
<patch1>.exe -z -m
<patch2>.exe -z -m
<patch3>.exe -z -m

This will allow you to install the patches in sequence without it automatically rebooting the server. Once the batch file has executed, perform a reboot
