Hotfix Rollup Pack 3 for Citrix Presentation Server 4.5

I'm running Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 on a Windows 2003 Enterprice Server. When I installed Hotfix Rollup Pack 3 I recieved the following message in my event viewer:

Your version of the license server on prodserver7 is older than the version of Citrix Presentation Server. Please upgrade your license server or specify a license server location with the correct version.

Do I have to install hotfix rollup 3 on my license server before I start installing it on my citrix presentation servers.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Your Citrix License Server must be at version 11.5 to install that hotfix roll up pack.
Here are the requirements for that hotfix roll up pack.

The Citrix License Server must be at version 11.5 to install this hotfix rollup pack.
The Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) must be installed on all servers before installing this hotfix rollup pack. This can be obtained from the Microsoft Web site.

With CPS4.5 R02/CPS4.0 R05 Citrix introduced the Commandline Parameter Validation for XenApp, see Knowledge Center articles CTX117316 and CTX115245.

The Suite Monitoring and Alerting (SMA) service used by the Access Management Console might not start after installing Hotfix Rollup Pack 3 and restarting the system. In order to fix this problem, you must upgrade the .NET version on the system to .NET 2.0 SP1.

Before installing this hotfix rollup pack on servers licensed for Standard Edition, you must migrate those servers to Advanced Edition. Standard Edition was discontinued on Citrix Presentation Server 4.5; installing this hotfix rollup pack on servers licensed for Standard Edition might cause error message to appear.

After you install this hotfix rollup pack, Presentation Server 4.5 licensing will be enforced for the Application Streaming feature available in the Enterprise and Platinum

How can I tell what version my license server is at. I know I installed it from the Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 Feature Release 1.

Here is how you determine your Citrix license server version.

1. Log on to the computer where the licensing components are installed.

2. At a command prompt, navigate to one of the following directories:

32-bit: C:\Program Files\Citrix\Licensing\LS
64-bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\Licensing\LS
3. Type lmver lmgrd.exe.

The version number appears after the words FLEXnet Licensing.
