Hei All

Has anyone used the MD110 in the hotel industry.

With the MD110 BC or MD110 HA.

Is the Front office software from Fidileo integration supported ?

Any info would be helpful...

Fidelio software is standard in Accor hotels is integrated to MD (or any PABX) to check-in/ckeck-out, billing, status room, etc..
It integrated to PABX via serial interface or inband signaling.

There should be no problem interfaceing the MD110 with Fidelio PMS.

Fidelio supports both the MD 110-Hotel version and the MD 110-HotelHA Gateway
