Hotdesking not able to get outside line?

Hello everyone,

I have 4 sites in SCN. All site IPO V2 R8.1.69.

Main site got dual PRI and provide the line for all the other site. When we do hotdesking from site A to site B, the phone work fine with the internal call but not able to do outside call the system says "incomptatible" when we try to dial out.

All user on have user right membership on their own site.

Any hint on where i should look to fix that issue?

You must make sure that all the user rights are present on all the systems. When a user from site A is hotdesking to site B, the IPO on site B only checks for the local user rights and not via the SCN. So make all the user rights available on all the systems and off you go!
