Hot Fixes now available for general download!

Hot Fixes such as CE80APS.zip and CE80COM.zip, which were previously only available through Tech support, can now be downloaded through the following link:

http://support.crystaldecisions.com/updates/

Select Crystal Enterprise as the product and 'Hot Fix' as the file type.

Please note, these Hot Fixes are now updated on a Monthly basis. Personally, I am very pleased about this change. I had no way of knowing if any of the hotfixes had been updated since I last installed unless I called Tech Support (the proper way to obtain the files) or I re-downloaded the files from the Crystal FTP site based on the links Tech Support originally sent me.

There are a host of recently released CR patches too, and I agree, the monthly concept seems sensible.

Is there a way to specify what dll's to download? I need the latest version u2fxls.dll and I can't determine how to find it on the crystal site.

dlls for download will not usually be in .dll format, but rather *.zip or *.exe files.

Try searching for u2fxls* from Crystal's download area.
