Hot desking from Expansion to Main over SCN does not work

Hi team,
I have IPO 11.0.4 with Expansion (500V2) connect to main (Server Edition) over SCN. SCN link is up, calls can go through both ways. From user registered to main, I can hot desking to extension in the expansion. From user registered to Exp, I can hot desking to another user on the same Exp. But from that user registered to Exp, I can't hot desking to extension in main. It shows "Invalid". Anyone has idea about this issue? Thank you.

Do you have User Rights with identical names on both the SE and the Expansion? It could be that the phone is hot desking in just fine, but the button features assigned via User Rights aren't there because the User Rights doesn't exist on the system the phone is registered to

It can't hot desking from Exp to Main SE, the phone was still staying in the extension of the Exp even I created on SE a User Rights the same name with User Rights on Exp

Are you getting "Invalid" or "Invalid buttons"?

It is just "Invalid". I know "Invalid buttons" is because you don't have the same user rights when you hot desking to remote user. But both of my users do not belong to any user rights.

Had the same issue and the fix was a reboot of the phone system.
