STUCK ON A SATURDAY!!!!!

I have setup all my users on the 412 (4.1 15) as hot desk users, they can log in and log out as expected however when the 412 reboots the extension reverts back to its base extension,
I am running delta server as but it does not seem to remember where the hot desk extension was, Do I need to enable anything on the Delta server or Manager to remember the logged on user after a reboot?

Thanks

Do you see them as agents ?
If not then select "forced login" and see if that makes a difference

Thanks Peter that worked a treat!!!

Ticked forced login
Rebooted the switch and after reboot the extension was still the loged on user.

:)

It will eat a license but you only use it for agents so you should have those licenses
