Hot d problem 1

I am working on a Option 11 rls 24,
I am building hot d's on a 2616d with a button console.
i sucessfully built 30 hot d's but the system doesn't want to take no more and is giving me a sch2555 error.

apparently is a capacity issue, because if I nul an existing key with a hot d, it lets me build anotherone...... does anybody knows how to increase "capacity" on a phone?

30 is limit. HOT D to all same DNB? SCR limit is 30.

I know of no limit to HOT D keys if you are entering them as one-way HOT Line:

HOT D cc x...x

If you are entering then as two way HOT, such as:

HOT D cc x...x xxxx - then you are using a DN, where there is a 30 appearance limit.

I don't see an error code for sch2555 are you sure that is what it was?

That is not "confirmed". The error you got was SCH5222 (not SCH2555) and it specified the "template" for that TN is the problem.

The work-around is the OUT the TN, and build it new with all the HOT Ds you want - that creates a new Template.

I just did this on a Rls 24 system. Changing an existing TN, I can add 38 HOT Ds to the phone I used as the test. (my template is bigger than the one for your TN I guess)

If I create a new TN, I was able to fill all keys and two AOMs with HOT Ds - or 57 HOT Ds

Good call ghtrout, that's one reason I try to stay away from using templates/models when building sets unless I really have to.

Well, every TN hs a template. They are mysterious, but part of the way the systems keeps memory under control.

If you go into LD 1 (if you do, then do NOT 4-star out of it - let it finish) you will see all your templates get audited.
