Hi,

If I wanted to host a website from a laptop and have users connect with wireless devices, how can I do this? Basically, the setup is for a seminar and no internet connection will be available.

---I have a laptop with built in WIFI
---A Linksys WRT54G (Wireless enabled Broadband Router)

I asssume I have to set up the properties of the laptop's LAN card to be the Gateway and somehow specify those settings on the router.

Any help will be appreciated!!

Okay, the laptop has the site copied over with Apache loaded.

I have read that I will need to edit the httpd for apache file to allow for a Virtual Directory. Is this the path to take? If so, I still need help with the physical connections and settings. Do I use a CAT from the laptop to the WAN of the router and then it is good to go, or do i need to adjust TCP/IP settings, etc.?

Help?
