I am looking for a list of companies that provide a Hosted PBX solution and support QoS. This combination sadly is rare. I now work for a provider (iTEL-ip) that does both but when I was running an IT firm I found that there were very few. I will list a few that I know but I am looking for a list of others.

iTEL-ip National QoS support, in and outbound faxing for all users, Hosted MS Exchange, remote office features, presence management. Only provider that uses Interactive Intelligence/Vonexus for features which makes them unique.

MCI Advantage Possibly the largest carrier in this space. National Coverage. I think they use Sylantro for features. I have heard their private circuits are expensive but I have not actually seen any pricing. They have a few big customers.

Light Edge Regional QoS Coverage, remote office features, Hosted MS Exchange (for a fee), Broadsoft features.

Qwest One Flex Regional QoS coverage I think Sylantro features. I don’t know much else about them. Their sales people I have talked to when calling don’t know anything about it and wont call you back. (Still waiting for a "48 hour call back” from around Christmas.

Off the top of my head that’s what I got. If anyone else knows of another national provider thats what I am looking for, thanks.

Not sure what their area is but pingtone does it in the NE. If they are still around anyway. Not sure what type of benefits you are looking for but I think the lack of providers is a direct corolation to the lack of benefit, roi, and recurring costs.

If you mean NE as in "Nebraska" that would be great since I am in Omaha. And yes I believe Pingtel is still around. But are you sure they do QoS meaning they will bring in your high speed internet directly from their data center? Thanks.

Ping Tone. NE = North East. Yes, they provide the circuit which means you can have QOS.

Having sold the Qwest offer I can say they do offer QoS on the hosted side. Qwest will not allow 3rd party internet connections to the platform. They require a dedicated connection to thier IQ network in order to get get hosted services.
