Hey everyone! hope you're all well, thanks for taking the time to take a look at my thread.
Here is my issue, we have a "Telegillity" hosted IPO Version 11.0.0.2
The customer has 15 IP 9608 AVAYA phones and a Ubiquiti network that I manage. (I have a few sites set up this way that don't experience this same issue)
Every few day's the phones will just reboot and the Extn's will all come up randomly which is causing the customer to have to log every phone out and re-login all the phones manually to the proper Extn's.
we have since statically assigned all the phones on the network, and also upgraded the IPO software to 11.0.4.4. (still happens)
there is no loss of power causing the phones to go out at random, they just reboot at random.
we have also tried to take the login passcodes out but then the phones just come up with nothing and can't log in. we have also tried to lock the IP address in the Extn tab but then when it's saved the phone logs out immediately. and no "force login is not checked"
The customer has a static IP if that helps, and also the hosted IPO can see all the static addresses assigned to the phones.
I feel we tried everything and am kinda losing hope at this point lol its been Months
Thanks for taking the time
