Client has hosted Exchange accounts with a major hosted provider. Server goes down and the client has hit and miss mail for two weeks; the provider was not overly worried, unlike the client (so much for 99.9% uptime). A couple of days of interruption is one thing, two weeks hurts a business. What would be a practical solution (or even somewhat practical) so the client is not totally dependent on the one provider? Could be another Exchange or POP provider.
