Hospitality - Guest password

Hi,

in a hotel environment (Meridian Mail,Rls 12 - card option), when the guest mailbox password is the firstname (in our check-in example; 2 or 3 digits) and the firstname is shorter than the mailbox security password lenght (4 digits in this hotel), what is the mailbox password ?

I didn't found anything about it in the NTPs...

Not sure but you might want to try leading zeros in the password

Unfortunatelly it was the first what i've tried...and it doesn't work...

Yesss ! The solution ; the MR + first 2 digits from family name or MRS + the first digit, if the pwd lenght is 4.
