Hi everyone,

Does anyone know the formula for displaying a field with multiple rows...on just ONE row? Hope this makes sense:

Example:

Jones1
Jones2
Jones3

----> Jones1, Jones2, Jones3

I saw this formula a while back, but since the keyword search is down, I can't find it. Can anyone help?

Thanks...dan

Hi Dan,

what is you email?

I have a sample CR7 report which does this.

Geoff

You have to use a variables style running total, except the running total uses a string Var instead of a numberVar.

See the FAQ on running totals and the 3-formula technique is close. Ken Hamady

I have similar problem. The report will look like this:

Jones1 36 Jones4 35 Jones7 41
Jones2 40 Jones5 32 Jones8 42
Jones3 30 Jones6 31 Jones9 34

Does your sample report is similar to this report?
