Hi I am new to Norstar and just getting to know the system. We have a Norstar MICS System v 6.0 that is connected to a number of other offices using E&M trunk Cards. The Remote offices at times need to Hop out to call an outside line in our city from our system. This works well for offices that have wait for dial tone enabled, they get through by dialing our access code and then the exit code for our system, wait for the dial tone, and then a local number in the city. One of the remote offices cannot hop out because they have wait-for-dial tone disabled. When the dial the number through without waiting for the dial tone (since it is disabled), two digits from the dial sequence after the exit code are truncated, hence the call never goes through. Is there a way of handing this capturing these number maybe by reducing the delay after the exit code?
