Hi,
I have an issue while trying to put in a formula...
all I need is for it to check if a field is < 0.0005 ...The problem I'm having is that Excel is reading the < as value rather than the less than symbol.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi,

Please post the formula that this occurs in.

Skip,
[sub]
[glasses] To be safe on the [red]FOURTH[/red],
Don't take a [red]FIFTH[/red] on the [red]THIRD[/red]
Or you might not come [red]FORTH[/red] on the [red]FIFTH[/red]
[red][highlight blue]FORTH[/highlight][/red][white][highlight red]WITH[/highlight][/white] [tongue][/sub]

=if(or(<Field1>=0,<Field1>="",<Field1><0.005),"TEXT","text2")

What is <Field1>?

There are no FIELDS in Excel There are Cell References...
[tt]
=if(or(A1=0,A1="",A1<0.005),"TEXT","text2")
[/tt]
