I am not sure if this may have been asked before or not, but I have been put in charge of our IP office 403 & one of the directors has asked how he can place a call into the office landline and then dial out over our vonage line.
Apparently this is something he used to be able to do, but cannot remember how or it no longer works - he says he would dial the office landline (which is an analog line), wait for the menu, dial a number to get to the vonage line & then dial back out over the vonage line (which is just another analog line connected to the system)
Does anyone know how to achieve this on the IP office? I have IP Office Manager Version 9 & Voicemail Pro client 6.1
I have basic knowledge of the IP Office manager application and very basic knowledge of the vmpro.
