Hook Flash and call forward on Analog trunk

What I would like to do is set call forwarding for an extension to use a Centrex type of transfer on an analog trunk.

I am able to manually get this to work by using the Flash function on the system programmed to a button on the phone.

What I do when a call comes in on the Analog Trunk and I want to forward it, the following steps are performed:

Code:
1) Flash line
2) Dial Number
3) Wait for Answer
4) Drop Line
This then transfers the incoming call to the cell phone, in this case, and releases the Analog trunk from the IP Office. If we wanted to 3 way conference we would just Flash the Hook again and the 3 parties would be connected.

My question is how can I setup the system to automate this process for incoming Analog trunk calls to an extension. I did read an article about using a short code for the Flash and then recording the DTMF codes etc in VM Pro. Tried this but didn't have any success with getting it to work. It would be nice to be able to determine if the call is external and use the flash hook routine, or if it is from an internal extension just to forward it out onto an Analog Trunk.

I have not tried this before, but looks like transferring to a short code, possibly a user forwarded to a short code, SC feature=flash hook, telephone number= DTMF required to place centrex call might work. The telephone number field may require some special characters, I would have to play with it to deduce which.
Worth a try, since I have not attempted this previously, guessing is the best I can offer.
Set up monitor to see what action takes placve when you attempt this.
Some of your more experienced guys on here may have done this before, and have an answer, trial, and error is how I figure out most stuff. It is not as good as knowing up front, but I just fall down, and get back up until I get where I need to go. If you fgall forward once in a while you will eventualy get there, lol.

You do not always get what you pay for, but you never get what you do not pay for.
