Scenario:
PC on employer/company network sits in switchroom and runs PCPlus with COM1 connected to PBX TTY and COM2 connected to modem.
Telecom staff with broadband at their residence can make "Remote Desktop" connection via Citrix to the PC with PCPlus in the switchroom.
The idea is to allow admin of main PBX or branch dialup systems without the need of a second line at the employees house. Also provides functionality of Procomm Plus
Question: Assuming all Meridian systems will not/do not have a network connection, is there are better way to duplicate the capabilities this scenario offers?
