Hi

Anyone know how/if you can show holidays in a public folder of calendar type?

If you try the standard approach of tools>calendar options>add holidays it just adds holidays to your mailbox calendar.

Dragging & Dropping the outlook.hol file doesnt work either.

Thanks

I am trying to do the same thing. Let me know if you figure it out.

There is probably an easier way but this will work:

1. Create a new mailbox (or use an existing mailbox that has a blank calendar) and add the holidays the calendar.

2. Export the calendar to a .pst file

3. Import the .pst file into your public folder calendar

I managed to do it by simply copying the holidays from my personal calendar.

This is more simple than it sounds if you go to View>Current View>Events. Here you get a list of all events in your calendar in tabular format, so you can simply select all of the holidays by holding down the control key and selecting them one by one with the mouse pointer, then copy and paste into the public calendar.

Im sure there must be a cleaner way of doing this though...
